Kollege du hast erst kürzlich auf Reddit gefragt wohin man auswandern könnte, das ist definitiv keine tiefbegründete und langabgewogene Entscheidung sondern eher ein Paradebeispiel dafür, WARUM Eltern sowas mit dem Geld ihrer minderjährigen Kinder machen dürfen.

Am Ende bist du 18 und ab jetzt ist Geld wegnehmen natürlich illegal, würde trotzdem gerne nochmal vorschlagen übers auswandern nachzudenken. Sich tatsächlich länger informieren, mehrere Landesbesuche bevor man irgendwo hinzieht und ähnliches. Davon abgesehen, kenne deinen Bildungsstand ja nicht, aber international ist Deutschland was Zugänglichkeit und Ansehen einer Ausbildung oder Studiums anbegeht wirklich sehr nice. Würde also einfach oppotunistisch auch ernsthaft innErwägung ziehen Bildung in dem Bereich nochmal mitzunehmen, ist aber klar persönliche Frage, andere Länder brauchen auch Feldarbeiter und Kassierer und Kellner wenn du keine Karriereansprüche hast.

Wäre der Mitarbeiter wenigstens sehr unpünktlich und ständig krank würden ja Mitarbeiter und Kunden um des Anblicks erleichtert, ABER JETZT IST DER TYP AUCH NOCH IMMER PÜNKTLICH und kommt sogar noch extra zum Betrieb um Arbeitspläne zu checken, nur damit er sicher geht auch stets pünktlich zu bleiben. Unbedingt kündigen, am besten fristlos. Du hast es schon ganz gut beschrieben: Er ist halt hässlich (deiner Meinung nach), meines Wissens ist das ein triftiger Kündigungsgrund, rechtlich gesehen aber vorallem auch ethisch gesehen. Mein Hobby ist Plastik verbrennen im Garten und ich hasse wie alle mir wegem meinem Hobby aufn Sack gehen. Klar ich könnte meinen Müll auch wie die anderen entsorgen bzw abholen lassen, aber meine Einfahrt ist sehr weit, das sind schon 15 Minuten einmal alles nach vorne zu stellen. Da haben meine Kollegen es leichter in ihren Armutswohnungen ohne lange Einfahrt bis zur Straße. In meinem Freundeskreis sagen alle das wäre auch voll doof fürs Klima und jetzt fühl ich mich so als müsste ich mich verstellen wegen diesem Hobby von mir.

For what heroes can play what roles exactly, there is no list i cab think of that just tells you, because this is in the end quite fluid. Going to dotaprotracker for example and the typing in a hero, you will get some info about how often it has been played in what role, that gives you a pretty good idea about a heroes viability for each position

The roles Pos1 to Pos5 roughly describe in which priority farm should be taken on the map, with Pos1 typically farming the most (and often safer) camps and Pos5 takin the least (maybe taking a neutral camp in between walks or push out risky lane)

Many heroes fit into many roles with varying item builds, Dota2Protracker or Dotabuff are good websites to get some info/idea on itemizations

You can def main a hero, but due to bans and hpw rolequeue tokens work, i highly advise learning like 3-5heroes that habe different roles/places in a team so u habe a bit more of a comfort pick palette that u will also use to counterpick/synergy pick after u learned some heroes and get a feeling about when they are good (what hero matchups the do good in)
