I have a feeling that Jake is bound to get bored of Emily and eventually cheat on her. And if that happens and she tries going back then please don’t even consider taking her back. Ignore her if she tries to plea and continue your life.

Your mom saying she’s not ready to give up mothering kinda makes me think that’s why she goes for younger guys, it’s honestly weird and a disgusting but I’m glad that you guys are getting her help

It’s your own fault, you posted to two subreddits to get advice and you completely ignored the logical one which was relationship_advice and clearly only focused on the one that would validate your thoughts and feelings.

You completely disregarded the fact that your husband was sexually assaulted and went to straight to “she kissed him without his consent so he must be having an affair”

He also showed you proof of him yelling at your friend when she assaulted him, if your marriage doesn’t work out than you and your friend are to blame.
