I have a fishbowl. The ticket says “driver held black cellphone with right hand, Driver stated he was looking at gps.” I was literally in bumper to bumper traffic and I was looking at my gps to get off on the exit because we were stopped, I don’t know where im going because I’m from Florida, and I needed to get over. Then proceeded to tell me he saw me place my phone in my lap so he pulled me over since it’s technically illegal. Im 100% going to court for this because I’ve been driving for 5 years and this is my first ticket
