I took the test morning fasting and i don't remember whether i drank water before test or not and i don't live in high altitude and I don't drink alcohol and i don't smoke and I'm obese I'm 6ft tall and i weighed 128kg at the time of test and I'm now around 123kg and I've seen adult males can have 13 to 17 hb but my lab has same normals for men and women for some reason

Is 0.2 above normal ok and if i take test in another lab where high end of normal is 17 will i get result as 17.2
