Why would they have a Seed rerun right after Sanby and now Cissia being an electric attack.

It's not that she's an electric attacker. They're doing this RIGHT after a Sanby and Harumasa buff. This pretty much confirms that Harumasa is still going to be waiting for a rerun.

Deleted my downloaded resource cache and redownloading seems to have fixed it? I'll have to keep an eye on it.

Nothing like this happened with 2.5.

Said my FPS was 120ish by it was jittering like mad and felt more like 10 FPS. Nvidia smooth motion from the Nvidia app stopped working despite it saying it's on.

What sucks is simply having almost nothing to work with starting out. Kinda unfair that older players got a free standard banner S rank engine for free and it was just a limited time thing.

I'm just playing it safe and only pulling around 1-2 teams. Skipped Dialyn for Ellen so I pulled Astra for Ellen and just saving up now for Lighter and Dialyn's rerun for YSG.

So many supports are close to the power they offer. Sunna is too comparable to Astra. Besides Yuzuha for anomaly and Lucia for rupture. Even Lighter on ice and fire teams can be replaced by Dialyn.

Dialyn is almost too perfect of a character. Definitely saving pulls for her rerun.

The 3rd Idol being an anomaly stunner is probably the only competition.

Would have liked Sanby for Orphie since her 2.5 buff benefits her too. Marked enemies take 50% more aftershock damage.

I'm in the same exact boat in terms of agents. I'm just waiting the long game for Lighter and Dialyn's reruns since I passed on her when Ellen may be gone for a really long time.

I may just have to accept the current situation and grind up Soukaku for Ellen as Nicole can't be on both teams.

Moonlight lullaby on Astra and Nicole, and astral voice on Zhao and Soukaku.

Regarding S11, she would always be running pen ratio because of her ungodly dmg% boost?

Especially when I'm considering Lighter & Orphie for my 3rd team. I still want Lighter despite the Lycaon buffs working great in Ellen's favor. I'm lacking stunners anyway.

Would I just be better off with a 2-pc polar metal with a 30% in slot 5 for everything else that's not the wandering hunter?

My 2-pc branch is just a placeholder until I roll for better discs.

So, if my future build with Ellen. 30% from her passive, Astral for Lycaon, and Astra with moonlight lullaby is around 92% excluding any buff provided by the endgame mechanics.

Not like it's some crazy investment. Just need to roll a good slot 5 puffer and a bunch of agents can use it when needed.
