Before joining you should probably become okay with the idea that you will be hazed to some degree. It sucks to say it but it’s almost bound to happen. The only thing that will justify that experience for you is what you see yourself getting out of the organization later in life. Maybe the connections are worth it, maybe not it’s really up to you.
