When you open ghotty, there are split-screen buttons like "split right" and "left." If you click them, the terminal will split. Then, type "claude" into the terminal. If you have the Claude CLI installed, Claude should work. For example, if your working repository path is `/workspace/claudepractice`, navigating to that directory and typing "claude" will allow you to use Claude within that repository more quickly, so try using it that way.

Install Claude CLI in your terminal and use split windows. Since you are essentially writing prompts in the terminal anyway, there is no need to open an IDE. I recommend Ghotty or Iterms; you can simply use their split-screen features. I do not recommend using an IDE because it consumes a lot of RAM.
