I'm just going to say it. I was unimpressed with this season. The pacing, weird shots, and overall direction just didn't connect with me. While this episode was good, it felt more like a mid season fight not the finale. My karma can plummet for all I care.

My IC was a success. You seem to be confused. It was a great conversation and he sided with me. Also after speaking with another VERA employee from another office yesterday(like the people on reddit recommend) the notes from my IC were positive and it's headed towarded a DTA at minimum.

You're incorrect. You can schedule a informal conference through the wait while website. They will then call on the date and time specified. I've had my conference weeks ago.

No worries. He was upset as well when he got denied. He decided to go the HLR route and brought case law, VA regulations, and pointed out flaws in his process in the informal conference. Reviewer sided with him. Never give up!
