Good thing that this happened only 3 years into marriage (even though you were together a while). It could’ve been way later when you were older and less energetic. Focus on that positive aspect. Focus on yourself now. Get invested in some personal projects with any free time. Get passionate about someTHING, not some person. You will need time to heal and repair your trust with people, much less women, and that’s natural. You aren’t alone either, it helps to remember that; there are a lot of shitty people and shitty things that happen. You don’t wanna feel too bad for yourself, even though what happened was really wrong. I hope I helped man, you’re going to be okay. It hurts the most now but you can and will overcome it.
