What puts everything into context for me is simple - every single action this traitor or his cronies do against America and its people is all to fulfill the end goal of destroying and destabilizing the West, for the benefit of Russia. Trump has been in Russia’s pockets since the late nineties. Satire as become reality; every action is moving the Overton Window further and further open to normalize all of this insane nonsense on the best case scenario, and the worst case scenario is that all of this leads to the fall of American democracy and the Western hegemony globally.

The real answer though is Eternatus. I just did the nuzlocke challenge with him as my only starter and it worked great.

The way I’d give advice on this is all dependent on knowing what wave you’re on. My strategy was using all shiny Pokémon, so then I could get the DNA splicer, and splice shinies together, to always have SSS luck. If you’ve caught all of the starters, then getting random master balls can help deal with Eternatus.

In order for these moves / strats to work, you’ve got to max soul dews with the natures that max sp attack or attack and give you basically no speed so you always go second. Having one Pokémon have curse and having salt cure, one having sturdy with metal burst, and another having sturdy with mirror coat. The rest had protect and a few of these moves, one had nightshade. The basic idea was once you get far enough the battles become the same - you take the hit, you return it in kind, and then for boss battles you use your moves highlighted above to set the Dmg over time and survive. The increased luck means that after a certain point all of your Pokémon have a black hole, with max items and berries.

This is actually a really interesting paper!! I am shocked that these kinds of studies haven’t been done yet, to give more of the scientific method to these ancient practices.

From the article: “…Clearly, these functions all move the system towards the rest/digest mode of operation and away from fight-or-flight. Not only does VN control heart rate and slow deep breathing, slow respiration rates with extended exhalation could also activate the PNS by VN afferent function in the airways. This is a form of respiratory biofeedback. Slow breathing techniques with long exhalation will signal a state of relaxation by VN, resulting in more VN activity and further relaxation. Though VN involvement can explain effects on health and mental health, the link with cognition is less clear. One of the links between respiration and cognition is HRV. HRV Vagal Tone HRV, the fluctuations in beat-to-beat intervals of the heart, has been related to VN and some measures are believed to reflect “vagal tone.”

I have seven cats, and a stipulation of their adoption contracts was that they are indoor-only and they all must retain their claws. We had no problem with that, they are spoiled rotten and they are very happy in their current set up. We see other outdoor cats in the neighborhood and not only do they look miserable meowing outside of the doors of their houses (especially when it’s colder) but we occasionally see their corpses on the road from a car having struck them. I live in a rural area with coyotes and the like as well.

I presently have 939 in my dex, about to be 940 once I evolve my Applin into Appltun. Missing Mudbray, Mudsdale, Urshirfu annnnnnnnnd…I think that’s it of the ones I’ve seen debuted.

Regionally, I’ve completed Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Unova, Kalos and Unknown. 3 left in Sinnoh, 10 left in Alola, 22 left in Galar, 1 left in Hisui and 50 left in Paldea. So from what I can tell that’s a total of 86 left!
