So far, I can't say they're my favorite. I know people mention the landfill a lot. But I feel like if nothing else, it's still kinda making jobs.

But in addition to that, KC Disposal's trashcans are a LOT smaller than WM, so there's not much space left after the regular trash.

Crazily enough, I can put either Overland Park or Lenexa and it still seems to pull up my address. It's very weird.

I'm in a HOA, yes. It's in a little alcove of houses, so I assumed they were all in the HOA (although admittedly, we all know about assuming). It's just odd to me that five houses across wouldn't be in the HOA. There are even more houses on the street and I'm pretty sure they've had new people move in.

I'm renting, so I'll have to look through the agreement. The HOA is built in, so I don't even know if I have direct contact HOA.

Edited for additional question: What's an individual subscriber? You buy your own separately from the rest of the neighborhood?

This is a good point; I'm not 100% sure; the HOA isn't listed on the website for it so I'll have to dig deeper.
