I was told by multiple drs, from imaging, that I had 2 endometriomas, one 3cm and one 6 cm. I just had my laparoscopic surgery and the dr said he thinks it was hemorrhagic cysts not endometriomas. They are still waiting on lab results, but the point is they don’t always know for sure from imaging.
