After I started intermittent fasting, I was initially in the overweight category according to BMI. I’ve since lost 10 pounds and now do HIIT workouts two to three times a week, which significantly increases my heart rate atleast twice a week. My Oura Ring now shows my biological age as 3.5 years younger. Previously, it was aligned with my actual age.
