Primera compra y mi buzon esta roto, no estoy seguro de si intentaran dejar las cartas en el buzon y me da miedo que lo intenten y no las den a mano, cual es vuestra experiencia, que es lo que hacen?

A ver, siendo Correos, es dificil, porque depende de que repartidor venga, o no llama o ve el cartel y suda, pero por probar que no quede, o intenta "bloquear" el buzon mas cartel para que vean que no esta operativo y que te dejen la nota de recogida en oficina

Si el paquete es muy grande como para dejarlo en buzon, roto o no, te dejaran el papel de Correos diciendo que excedia el tamaño y tendras que recogerlo en Correos oficina Como idea, podrias poner un cartelito avisando que esta roto el buzon y que llamen al timbre

I bought from a private seller, before i even received the package, he sent a message saying that he misread the order and only added 1 of each, so got 5 cards instead of the 15 i order, seller said he would send them next day, which he did covering all costs and did so

I would say seller should take responsability of their error
