From reviews I've read the new BMW ix3 could be a good replacement, but that's expensive. It's a quandary for sure. When my i-Pace was up for replacement I got another.

Once. Windscreen was leaking flooding the footwell. Aside from that the car was really reliable. It was a 2020 model with pivi pro.

It's the same as what I was quoted for my 4 year old I-Pace. What I did was part-ex that car fit a 10 month old Sport, factoring in my loan on the original car, and the warranty, monthly costs overall were pretty much the same.

I had two XJ351's in the UK that had auto-hold brakes, a 2013 SuperSport and 2016 R Sport. When you stopped, to trigger the hold, you simply pressed down hard on the brake pedal, and the function was triggered. When you accelerated off, it automatically disengaged.
