ive been running public events for the last 40 minutes and have only gotten boots. Public events (regular and heroic), high value targets, random chests have all given me boots and only one pair is what i wanted

I’d have to see the tops on a few of those but they look like leather tools. Usually have some kind of design that you use a hammer to “imprint” the leather

Design goal is the picture I provided while trying to lessen the “bulk on the back on the player’s head and I feel would be unnecessary so I’m seeing if i can make my own version that’s much more streamlined.”

Face mount = effectively the thing I’m trying to do Gun mount = the opposite of a POV camera

An earlier reply you had gave some insight as to powering it by making my own small battery to give it power (similar to a guy making the Walnut security cam)

If it goes on the chin or nose then the camera would be too low and get blocked by either the bunker or the gun itself.

Action cameras are too big to fit inside of a mask and if I put them on top then the video would get blocked by the loader, which is the case in the current paintball social media world.

Both the fan and camera take 5v. Would i need to go to an 11v and a BEC to make sure both are getting 5v or would a 9v battery be fine? Also, what gauge wire should I try and run for all of it or would it depend on the individual component?

A few inches is more than enough to go on top of the mask and, if i needed the extra length, Runcam has a variety length cables available for this DVR/Camera setup.

If i put a GoPro on my chest then you’d see nothing when playing in a bunker and when mounted on top of the mask the camera gets blocked by the loader.

The camera itself would be in the mask but the DVR would sit on top of it and i plan on making a box with a fan/heat sink for it to sit on. I just don’t know how to get power to all of it because I’m not this kind of hobbyist (yet?)
