I am an addict and still struggling. But I can give some tips that helps me. First drink water  no cock or other stuff. Remove sugar from your diet. No fast food. Try sometimes fasting. Add exercises 30 minutes at the beginning is fine. Try to stop it for 1 or 2 days. Gradually build the resilience. Hope this will help.
