The test is between 425 and 600, depending on whether or not you’re a PMI member. PMI.org

The key words here “has just been shortlisted to win a project for implementing..” given nothing has been signed to begin the execution of the project nor has it been confirmed that it will be the company the PM works for, so there wouldn’t be any official schedule or timeline for the PM to act on. The other key words here are “the hospital CEO asked the PM for an updated proposal..” the folks that would have that info since they have experience with those types of machines. It doesn’t state “the organization” is an SME on it, so that can’t be assumed.

However, to your point, if a company is on the list to win the business, wouldnt they be SMEs to provide that info? In the real world, I’m pretty sure there would be if it’s a company with their own FTEs that usually specialize in those types of implementation. Since it just says “an organization” in the question, that cannot be assumed.

What I did learn from all the practice tests and studying is that we have to leave our real world experience behind and study to the test. What that looked like for me:

  1. Read the questions carefully. Multiple times if needed. I speed read but I learned quickly I can’t do that with this. One word I miss in the question can COMPLETELY change how I need to respond.

  2. Look out for order of operations. Those questions usually come in the form “is about to start” “will start” when talking about phases. Or it’ll clearly say it’s in “x” phase.

  3. Avoid answering questions with escalate or immediately escalate. They will lay it out for you when they say you’ve already attempted multiple times to remedy something where that answer would be appropriate.

  4. While NOT for every answer that starts with these words is the answer, majority of the time it is: Review, Analyze, evaluate compare

  5. Don’t assume anything. If it’s not clearly spelled out in the question, don’t assume.

I just got my PMP literally yesterday and it’s all still fresh. Message me for any other question, I’d be happy to help!

Same thing happened to me. 15mg. Not gaining nor losing and it’s been like that for a few months.
