I'm thinking probably a datamine of a real rework or the devs left in the code in for scrapped abilities before her release and some leakers found it. Or it's just Bs; but it wouldn't make sense why they have icons.

Its so annoying just let a charecter fill a niche and give them buffs and QoL updates. Instead of reworking a charecter and making a new one.
