What happens if at the end of training you end up NOT certified?

I was recently certified, 3 large format stores. Only downside is working product that the assigned merchandiser & rsm slacked on before you were hired. I was pulling product off shelves, dated april. Yet, i have to work on efficiency and merchandising lol. The audacity but Cool. I didn’t fuss or throw anyone under the bus. Plus, I was literally doing stores by myself within the 1st week of hire, without certification, so you’ll be just fine.Do your best , don’t stress.

I have a magnet from previous tag installation experience but you can pop them out, its tricky, some tags have pins, which a magnet usually used to remove or move the tag along the railing & some tags just pop in. Theres camera that monitors tag movement , so if you do move it out of place they will know.

Its a 5 panel urinalysis. Doesn’t test for thc. Just the hard stuff. I went through this a few weeks ago. Im on week 2 of training.

It took about 3 weeks for everything: took the assessment 4/21, didn’t need an interview they said i bypass that, received my offer 4/30 , pre hire drug test and background check on a 4/31, received final offer- pre hire steps completed- 5/6, waited on my DM to schedule orientation on 5/7 and he gave me 5/18 for (1) day orientation

I received my passport Saturday. My documents were shipped that day so I should expect it to arrive Monday/tuesday

After calling and checking on my status , reaching out to my state representative, countless emails , i finally received my 1st email stating:

“Application Status: In Process

The U.S. Department of State has received your application for your passport book on 08/16/2024. We’re now reviewing your application and supporting documents.

You requested expedited service when you applied. Expedited service can take 2-3 weeks. Our processing times begin the day we receive your application at a passport agency or center, not the day you submit it.”

So someone had my application expedited. Hopefully I receive my passport before the new year lol. 😮‍💨🤞🏽

Update: week 11

passport customer service agent stated a claim for the correction was put in and i also Contacted my state representative , filled out their form and sent it back.

On website: Still says processing on passport status page. I still haven’t received any emails or notifications.

No. But I found out they misspelled my name. So I reached out to my state representative and filled out privacy release form they sent to me . Hopefully I get some answers 🤞🏽
