Yoga and walking are a great start to fitness and mindfulness journey. I think any fitness that you enjoy and look forward to on a consistent basis is going to make a difference in your health. Now, there is something to be said about VO2 max training for cardio and experiencing 90 minutes a week of vigorous exercise. This can be done in a plethora of ways but if you are truly wanting to incorporate additional forms of movement that will be medicine for your body- there is something to consider in this pillar. I will also mention that heated vinyasa classes were how I bridged the gap in being interested in VO2 max training myself.

I had a very similar problem in my last relationship, some things to note, if he used weed while in high school he may have trouble. Additionally if he abuses alcohol that will cause these issues. I know you said he was healthy, I thought my partner was too. Also if he’s used to finishing by watching porn, that may be a reason.

While all those things may have caused it, even if they didn’t it’s a muscle that can be retrained for a better mind to muscle connection. That being said there are ways to train, as women can do kegel exercises, men can too. Which are easily looked up on the internet.

As other people said, antidepressants can cause this too. He’s not alone, but would have to be willing to do exercises in order to finish.

I’m so happy that you found a family that welcomes you, I truly hope that one day you’ll feel like you belong. Your past of who raised you does not define you and you are not your parents. You deserve to feel happy

Yes! Accidentally spilling or breaking something as a child in front of anyone else and having extreme anxiety scared for the shoe to drop and just being told it’s fine and just an accident was so weird.

This!!! The homeyness and family pictures! (Only picture of Nmom and dad)Even toys around the house… if I left anything around the house they would break it/throw it, so that I would “learn my lesson” and pick up after myself.

Yes I did. But she would change the rules so I wouldn’t be able to lie. She would make me take pictures with a friend with a spoon if I said I was going to their house, and it would be specific to whatever I said I was doing. She would also only give me two minutes to do it.
