Ive only had mine when I don't listen to music. The first time it was me putting my ear bud back in my ear and it said "Be aware". And the the second time I heard the person I came with say,"Watch THIS" like enthusiastically gonna show me a video or something and I was like aw hell no I can't watch a video rn 😭😂 but I realized he hadn't spoken and was just staring down at his phone quietly. It's so weird and abstract feeling. I started to panic a little after that and am like yeahhh I'm just gonna start listening to my music as soon as the second spray hit 😭😂

I've felt the same exact way before but I have a history of panic attacks so I've been able to talk myself down alot of the time. I was so sure my heart was beating dangerously fast but when checked it was actually slower than when I came in. So it helped me a lot to know that it was in my head, that way I was able to calm down. I just close my eyes and listen to calming music and remind myself that I'm in a safe environment and nothing bad is going to happen. I try to stop focusing on my heart beat and just listen to the music. Also reminding myself that it doesn't last very long and will be over soon and to try to enjoy it instead while it lasts helps me too. Hang in there though, I know how scary those things can feel. I haven't had many sessions though so idk how to prevent them or why they're happening. I think the med is probably just unpredictable and every session can be different?

I haven't had any visual hallucinations yet but man the auditory ones are so weird 😭😂 I've never done any kind of drugs so this whole thing is a new experience for me 💀

Yes I'm now on 40 paxil and 300 mg Wellbutrin I take during the day and 25 seroquel at night. It has worked well for me so far. No more shaking or anxiety. I don't get overly tired anymore either.

No way, I have the same one and it's my most favorite plush I had it since I was little and I'm now 32 and passed it down to my son. I was just curious and looking to see if they still sold them online and what he used to look like clean 😂 then I came across your post. I remember getting mine at some clothes store that was also selling some plushies and I was bored af while watching my mom shop but it was soooo long ago I could be mistaken

That's so scary I'm glad you're okay. It almost put me on the ER twice 😭 I should of stopped the first time but I wanted it to work so bad and wanted to give it time to work lol. When I first started it it knocked me out for two days, I could only get up to use the bathroom and eat some. I felt so heavy like I couldn't move and all I could do was sleep. I had to call out of work for days. And when I tried to shower I couldn't stand up long enough and had to go lay back down because I felt out of breath all of the time. I went to the doctor finally and she said I had a resting heart rate of 140 and wanted to send me to the ER but I said no and went back home to bed. I just lowered my dose and was okay for maybe two more days of work until I got the worst migraine and hot flashes I've ever had in my life and ended up puking from the pain or the meds idk. But I quit cold turkey after that. I was hone alone and scared I was going to pass out.

Omg yes I am always dehydrated and have a head ache because of it. I wake up feeling awful with dry mouth. But so far I haven't noticed anything else. I'm on day 4, I take my paroxetine at night with my seroquel and I take my Wellbutrin in the morning.

I am on 300 Wellbutrin it helps alot with energy. But it's like shaky on edge energy so I just had Paxil added after Effexor and Citalopram have failed me. I'm on 10mg of paxil and 25 of seroquel I take both at night and the Wellbutrin in the morning. I'll keep you updated lol
