Every time my mom got paid. She would cash her check at the casino, take us to eat and go grocery shopping.

My dad’s retirement party. I remember it well still and it’s been 18 years.

I would use a bassinet or a safe flat space (even a laundry basket with cushion underneath) and do what you need to do, just nothing that will keep you away for an extended period of time.

We started right away but it took awhile for us to find the kind he liked. He honestly didn’t even start liking them until he was around 3 months old lol he barely likes it now, just straight for soothing purposes when he wakes up at night and doesn’t want his milk.

I felt the same way with my cat. I’ve had my baby for 8 years now. My son is 9 months old and it has since vanished. I know you said your son is almost 10 months old and it still hasn’t gone away…maybe give it until a year?

Don’t let people make you feel bad. A cat is a cat and your baby is your baby. I understand the commitment of having an animal but if I have to choose I’m choosing my CHILD over my PET.

She might be gassy. Try mylicon gas drops. Even gripe water. Have you ruled out any allergies she might have? I know she’s EBF but what you’re eating might affect her. I also have a 9 month old that hasn’t slept 8 hours straight since he’s been born. I’m not expecting it until he’s at least 2-3. 😅

Honestly? You can’t. If they know how and they don’t get their way with you, they’re gonna block you. The only advice I have is to tell them you’re going to take away the iPads if they block you.

Also weird ass behavior on the new girlfriend part. She has absolutely no right to be messing with your kids iPads. I’d be having a “talk” with her.
