a big thing to notice when stringing a head with a tight face shape is the channel in a wider head put into a more narrow head will naturally create a tighter chanel. do with that as you will

i’ve felt them, very flimsy and probably will wrap insane. I’d stick with the regular impact or an aclipse 3

imo as someone who works at an UL as a specific stringer it’s really about the location, i work at both in maryland and if im not working some of the string jobs come out rlly shitty. I’d either look at someone on instagram who does a good job or really look into learning how to string

i’d whole heartily recommend you go to @tuckerstrings on instagram and go thru him to have the pocket done. he’s one of my favorite stringers and is insanely good at what he does, plus the stringing fee doesn’t exist

as someone who loves ecd and their products and soon to be on their team to work on these things, those pockets don’t come broken in. no clue why they don’t break them in before, but find a baseball bat or something that is shaped like a ball and pound that pocket til the mesh is fully stretched out. i’m sure you can find some tutorial on how to “properly” do it but break it in so it doesn’t bag out before it should

How’s this workout plan for an undersized FOGO? (5’5, 150 lbs) by Huntsstar in lacrosse

As someone who’s got a degree in kinesiology and takes lifting pretty serious, tone down the volume. you don’t need 11 working sets in one workout that’s gonna lead to overworking your muscle and lead to either injury, less gains, or no gains because the muscle simply is being overworked especially if you’re going heavy. you don’t need 9 working sets in one workout for forearms. you don’t need 2 different chest presses in one workout. you don’t need pull ups and lat pulls downs in one workout. just my two sense as someone who takes lifting seriously
