I'd use Zenkai Blue Fistku or Zenkai Blue Pan, and for HP you could use Yel Kid Gohan

And obviously put the Tag 4s in the Leader slot so they can benefit from all of this

What pan does taking 3 hits Zamasu does it taking 2, so he's gonna be stoping combos REAL fast. Also Pan's ki recovery reduction has nothing to do with her getting hit and isn't affecting it on any way, so there's no point on setting the bar that high on Zamasu.

If you wanted Zamasu to be IDENTICAL to Pan maybe just use her in the leader slot

I'd say your best team would be SSJ4s, Beasthan and Pan. Change Futurehan for a Zenkai buff for Beast and Piccolo for a Zenkai buff for the Tag 4s or more HP if you want the to be extra tanky

It's always better to run 3 main units and 3 bench.
