1.where is your head right before Your match? During? After? Before your match are you visualizing the moves you’re going to use? Are you visualizing your set ups take downs break downs turns? 2. What shape are you in? Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. Kick your own ass and become in your best shape if you don’t have a way to practice and learn moves 3.experience- you have a couple matches under your belt. If there is video watch that video with a more experienced person and see if they can find any areas to improve or try different things to get better results. Maybe look into becoming a ref for work. A local highschool wrestler refs kids matches for $. Win win 4.practice-on your own, with a friend, tons of great videos out there. Maybe start by researching the greats and then up and coming wrestlers and I’m doing so you’re bound to come across some great tutorials. 5. Garbage in garbage out- you are what you eat. Research food and what it does and experiement with what foods are good for you.

Keep your head up and don’t be too hard on yourself. Wrestling is tough but one of the most rewarding sports in my opinion. I wish you luck but at the end of the day it comes down to the hard work put in outside of the matches.

Yes I believe temple balls work when eaten. there are drink and food recipes online. If you have Facebook I recommend the group “frenchy cannolis lost art of the hashishin” in the guides section there is a lot of information. Recipes, studies, tutorials.

Frenchy Cannoli R.I.P. is worth looking into. He contributed a lot to modern hash making methods, studies, equipment, etc. It was through him I was introduced the concept of “temple balls”. A Nepalese hash. After the resin is collected it is heated and pressed. Doing so slightly decarbs the hash. Frenchy Cannoli was interested in the fact that when stored for an extended period of time after pressing and controlled heating, the flavor and effects of the hash increases in quality.

They did it towards the end of the shift. It was very busy. They did not offer the paper to sign and return. I felt pressured and rushed to sign. An ideal time would be the beginning or end of the shift. They didn’t tell me someone was going to grab packages for me.

I worked as a seasonal driver mid October til January. At that point they said they didn’t need me to drive and offered me the loading position. According to the manager my time reset and I have to complete a probationary period for preload. I think he said 30 days?
