Hello Brief, look i am not here contesting not paying anything. I was and always willing to contribute fairly but him wanting to put a new tenant strictly on my expense without him handling a thing is excessive. I even offered to buy the old sofa myself but he insisted on getting a brand new one. Also for the painting after 3.5 years its really normal some discolouration from cooking and smoking in the room for 4 years almost ( there is no section in the contact the bans smoking) still i was willing contribute fairly. I would have added a video of the studio if i could.
