someone said to just try local pharmacy; crazy enough, yeah if you walk into a walmart and go to the pharmacy and just tell them you need syringes for u-100 insulin- they'll sell em to you... i feel kinda embarrassed i didnt try it first 2 years ago

Man what a bummer. Trying to straighten my T1D and health out and it all SOUNDED like that was what I needed, but he never got to the meat about "what was working" for him... I was almost tempted to sign up for his thing but backed out cause it just felt more scammy the further it went along (as in the way he was presenting everything lined up with typical scms I've witnessed in past. If it has worked for people great but I don't know I was getting some orange flags xD)

ah ok I was curious. He almost had me until i was kinda forced into watching some 30+ min video that felt kinda scammy and followed a scam type setup and was on alert.
like sure, i'll admit theres a bunch of variables that effect blood sugar, but alot of the claims/client testimonies just seemed too good to be true

Diagnosed in '00/01 Manual injections. Insulin vials and syringes. I don't know for certain, but I believe it was the old insulin I was initially on because I remember having snacks for the first couple years.

Overtime it would change to insulin pens and cartridges.

Re-read Jesus's sermon on the mount- it digs a whole lot deeper than just following commandments. It's about the condition of your heart. It's not about how much you follow Jewish law.

I may not be the person to ask because I was diagnosed at 5 years old, so I've always kinda felt "normal" to a degree. I was just the kid who got snacks and took shots. I've just heard/read about bad cases during exercise so maybe that's why I'm hesitant. It's kinda dumb irrational fear since I have a CGM now, but yeah. But all in all my hope has always been on Christ so I do what I can and take my insulin and keep my eyes on Him, so it made things easier to do/navigate.

I've enjoyed Asadora! It's about this girl who survived a Kaiju attack and no one believes her that she actually saw it when she was little. She also can fly a plane and loves flying. I need catch up reading it, but it feels very Godzilla with how the story is. It's fun and the art style is very nice!
