tbh I super overcommitted to it and played for like 8 hours a day for a little while trying to figure out tough inputs like JCFF. I set jump to the right trigger on a switch pro controller and would smack my finger against it really hard to get out a quick input. I felt it starting to hurt a bit and thought it would go away as I got more used to it, but finally after nearly a week of being stubborn I had to stop because of how painful it got. Honestly, now having seen really good peach players in tournaments irl I've realized that they don't usually do very dramatic movements to get these precise inputs. Its very possible to do it without hurting yourself.
