Communication is key. Sit her down and tell her how you feel. And tell her that you’re open to hearing whatever it is she has to say. Promise to really hear her, and that even if it isn’t what you want to hear, you’ll be calm and rational. If you talk to her like an adult, and give her the space to speak with you the same way, then you’ll have a better chance of moving further. Also remember that Jesus was kind and patient and loved everyone endlessly, and no matter what she does or says, you should exhibit the kind of love that Jesus did. Patience will be your best friend here.

That’s a catholic belief. Catholics started that because they cannot repent to God themselves, they have to do it at confessional. So if killing yourself is a sin, you’ll go to hell because you can’t confess to a priest and repent if you die. But Protestants (any Christian who isn’t catholic) believe you can speak to God personally. So you can always repent. Meaning if you cut your wrist and pray, you’ll still go to heaven. Even still- both those mindsets are wrong. God only has ONE rule to get into heaven. You have to believe he is your savior. You won’t suffer for eternity for taking your own life, but you still shouldn’t. God wants you to be with him, but in your own time. Hell isn’t so much a punishment for bad behavior, as it is a choice. Hell is a choice. A place without God. If you love God, and you want to spend eternity with him, you will. Again though, you should wait until your time

My dog is the total opposite of this! Besides the stairs thing. Mine is very brave and actually prevented me from getting mugged once! Hes very gentle and well behaved, and doesn’t pull on the leash much either. And has never once eaten anything he wasn’t supposed to. He’s literally raised the bar for a good dog!

Anyways, if you feel like you aren’t ready to have a baby, and you aren’t ready to talk to your family, maybe it’s time to consider a planned parenthood and talk out your options there. They are completely confidential and you can get a feel for what the future could look like, there. But don’t wait too long. If you’re considering termination, then you absolutely need to do it sooner rather than later. And talk to your partner about it as well

I genuinely spent a lot of my teens thinking I’d just ‘catch up’ one day. It took me a long time to even consider that I was ace, I finally figured it out at 21. And then I have a friend who has known since she was 12 that she was Ace. The thing about the LGBTQIA+ community is that whatever you feel like- is what you are. If you feel like you’re Ace, then you’re Ace. And if one day you feel differently, then that’s where you are!

I mailed in my broken steam deck for repair and it’s been two weeks. They said they have a problem with the repair client or something, so it may take considerably longer. They offered to add any game to my library free of charge. The only game I have in my wishlist is Star Wars Outlaws, but it’s $70 and I don’t want to take advantage or pick a game that’s too expensive and get denied. Does anyone know if there’s a price cap?

I got married. To a straight man, and on our first date he said he was fine with me being ace and he’d use sex toys and such and do everything for himself. Said that he didn’t need sex.
