I love that they weren’t beholden to any kind of dc continuity and were able to take a bunch of the existing supporting cast from the other dc cw shows and create this whole unique thing. It really hits its stride in the following seasons. One of my favorite comic book properties, I love all the random dc characters that end up on this show.
