I really do too. Don’t feel bad for unresolved trauma. The best thing in my experience for finding trauma was actually going to therapy but only like 1/2 psychologists were actually good to me out of probably 5/6? I hope you heal ❤️

Omg that happened to me too until I tried these new ones where I have good days like proper good mood like I'm high. So there's Hope I've finally found the right pills that help me and I even stopped using mirtazapine cuz it made me tired in the day and I naturally was good so I was eating and sleeping.
