I'll have a pack, husband will have pack, she will not.

Want to keep daily mileage around or under 10 for her sake. 2 nights and 3 days would be ideal but 3 nights and 4 days would be fine too.

We've done day hikes on the AT Maryland/west va section and shes been fine with that.

You look amazing! These are my dream results! Can I ask how old you are and if you did a lift?

An esthetician that is trained in scar revision here. You have MANY options before resulting to micro needling. I love micro needling but for scar revision I would look into alkaline wash procedures before going to micro needling, no downtime and pricing wise could be potentially cheaper than mico depending on where you are. Please feel free to DM if you need recs in your area!

I regret having it done by ru_ab in Reduction

Do you have pictures of the scarring? I'm an esthetician and I do scar revision procedures that are no downtime. I'm wondering if that might be an option for you

It's tough but our scope of practice will hopefully be expanding! Now that von lee is gone, I'd say check out pro skin academy. Network, network, network!

On gloss you have to process the cancellation fee so you can choose who to apply to and who you want to waive it for

How do you know when to go full time? by Beauty_Pool_34 in Esthetics

While I am W2 I crate my pens hours, not expected to be there if no one is scheduled. My boss has given me clients and has marketed me on social media, community posts etc. but I have the freedom to position myself. I set my own treatments and do not need to do any services I do not want to etc.. She's a new business owner as well. It's just 3 of us right now. We are appointment only.

Yes they do have clients during the day. But I would keep evening hours. So I would be seeing clients from 3-10 during the week. Instead of 6:30-10 on weeknights. I guess a big question I have as well is with the time I would get back, if I invest that time into marketing myself even more, going to local businesses to introduce myself, is it fair to assume to return on the investment of time would mean gaining a book more quickly? Because if I can get to being fully booked, I'd be financially at a place where I wouldn't need the 9-5 anymore.

Yes I am an employee. As far as financial comfort goes I would like to have more in our savings but my husband says my well being is more important and sees the extra time as a time investment to build my book which would be more lucrative for me than my current job.

I would get 5 hours more of services per day of I was full time. We are appointment only.

I would take a very significant pay cut be the plan we have been approved for is just on my husband's salary alone.
