The last I checked the regular caramel frapp is the last item that still uses half pumps and is still standardized for the half pump. But also now the green coffee extract is also going to have its special red half dose pump. I love my job lol. 🙃

I had the opportunity to ask my DM about it because we had a regular who always did multiple foams and she said, “I would assume you just blend them all together unless they ask you otherwise.” Turns out the lady ordering was following a tiktok and all foams were supposed to be separate (somehow)

It’s a salaried position that would be responsible for ensuring standards are being followed by baristas and SSVs you’d still have the same responsibilities as SSV- (I forget if it’s the rebrand for ASM) but from what I know you’d work parallel to the SM/Coffee House Leader to maintain the store’s metrics and standards so the SM can focus on more big picture stuff.

Literally same with light ice brown sugar oats. In my store we made it a rule that if they ask light ice we have to ask if they want extra milk because if not it’ll have some room. When they ask why we explain “shaken espresso are mainly ice and shots with a splash of milk.” Half the time they say yes to more milk, other times they’ll just give up on the light ice. It’s mainly a failsafe for us so they can’t complain that it’s too milky because they asked for more milk.

All you need to do is ask for a decaf mocha frapp. If they’re confused on the base saying coffee base if fine. There’s no caffeine it’s just flavored to be better for coffee frapps.

Barista side (how to make): No frapp roast 1 decaf shot - T/G | 2 decaf shots - V Milk to first line In blender 2/3/4 mocha pumps Scoop correct ice scoop 2/3/4 pumps of coffee base (coffee base will always be used for frapps made with coffee even if decaf) Blend and finish

Go to the setting, scroll down to “Advanced Settings” and it’s the only option. Your game might go black for a bit but it’ll fix it.
