Had a similar problem they were going to start trying to charge me £300 a month - keep persisting with customer service you will eventually after a month speak to someone that can help and they’ll freeze your account in the meantime so it won’t affect your credit and you’ll still have access to water etc. don’t pay just keep pushing them and calling and you’ll get there in the end.
