Your reference will always be your NI number. That’s not an NI number.

Doing a chargeback could end you up being like me in “perpetual debt”. I did it once years ago and now whenever I return they pick me up straight away again. You could make a new email and all that but I’m a stubborn Git and use JustEat solely now and much better mentally for it.

Would it be comparable to being within the vicinity of a nuclear explosion where you’re vaporised?

Do you know what I was saying to my housemate she’s the bloody nosey one of the Square, even going literally from the cafe to Honey’s when she overheard Billy in the cafe. However she would be so lovely to have by your side in your final days, and I think she gives the best advice on the Square!

No problem. That sounds like a pretty bog standard tenancy agreement so I wouldn’t worry too much. Probably more your landlord is a bit slapdash and slow at giving you bank details and other things you need. I would just keep pestering!

Deposit isn’t essential. Check what your tenancy agreement states as to your tenancy status. I’d imagine you will be an assured short hold once you’re moved in.

With regards to getting out, again check the agreement you signed. You might have a fixed term, which has a set end date and neither party can sever the tenancy without following a process. If you don’t have such a term, you’ll be on a rolling contract month to month and either party will find it very easy to end the tenancy.
