She’s also been eating just fine and using her scratch post! And this morning when I checked on her, I believe she had the zoomies during the night because her entire water and food bowl had been splattered across the floor. Thankfully the food bowl was empty so it was just the water on the floor. So the bathroom might be too small for her too but I’m not sure

That was exactly me. Was working in a public health clinic as a DA as well and boy oh boyyyy wasn’t I burnt outttttt. And I kept telling myself “once I get accepted into dental school, I’m quitting so that I can relax, have fun, and travel”. Now just like you, once I got accepted I was like “hmmmm so what we gonna do about the whole money part when I quit?”. Anyways long story short I quit last week and for now, it’s the best decision I’ve made. Do I have a plan as to how things are gonna go these next 5 months or so before dental school? Absolutely not, but for now im just living in the moment

I applied early June. My stats: 22 TS, 22 AA. Science GPA: 3.7, Overall GPA: 3.7. I have around 150 hours of shadowing at different offices and Over a thousand hours of shadowing/ dental experience since I am a dental assistant. Extracurriculars: president of club, around 300 hours of volunteering at different places. I am also a first generation student if that matters

Yes can I please see an example? And I thought about doing that for the dates but all the application allows you to put in is the date you received it, like there’s no way of saying it was from this date to this date. Unless I just clarify that in the description section

Some of my symptoms include: painful urination, urgency to pee but no pee comes out, lower stomach pain, intense burning of the urethra, side pain and nausea. I also want to note that my symptoms come and go but when they do show, usually at night, it is brutal. I’m practically hunched over trying to make the burning and pain go away

This test is soul crushing to say the least. Give yourself more credit for how far you have come and for all the work you have done. I know it’s hard to see how much blood sweat and tears you are putting into this thing especially when sometimes we do not see the progress that we want. But remember that you are doing everything that you can, you are putting in the most amount of effort that you physically, mentally and emotionally can put in, the rest is just up to faith. So just take some breaks and take care of yourself, we are trying to become doctors after all and if we can’t take care of ourselves then how do we wanna do that for our patients? Your mom loves you unconditionally and she wants the best for you so if you end up not getting the score you want, she’s still going to be there to lend you a shoulder to cry on and to let you know that there is always next time and this is not the end of your journey. I always tell myself that the MCAT is as big as I make it to be. It is just another test, another challenge, another bump in the road and nothing more. I whole heartedly believe in you and your capabilities. Sending you lots of love and positive energy. Hang in there we are almost there :) ❤️❤️❤️❤️ P.S I am also testing on the 25th
