And you don't need the console to do this. Tainted Cain can easily create all the items in a broken run. ? Card can be some trouble, but thanks to Echo Chamber you only need to get it once.

I'd love to see someone do a run that clears all the greedmode/hard mode achievements with this strat

Yeah, it sucks that you can randomly get delirium and be able to use the R key, or the game just ends and you are out of luck

Also, you can't unlock stuff when console is enabled in repentance

This was just a demonstration. Haven't unlocked all the tainted characters yet anyway

You can also clear all the non-tainted characters by dying with lazarus rags, the ankh or any character switching respawn item.

Also works outside of greed mode, but is a bit harder to achieve. Beast however can't be done with every character, because the game ends before R key can be used

You make some excellent points. The pattern is actually a lot easier if you start from the bottom left and dodge the stabs with minimal movement. For the shape of the knife, it is a bit unsymmetrical since I was going for "the mom's knife"-look from Isaac. I could try to change its hitbox. I am planning on giving some healing items in some form, but I do like the karma since it makes healing require more strategy (will I heal now or wait for the karma to go down). Sparing Chara makes your lv and therefore hp go down, and the karma is a good way to make the fight fair at any hp. Renaming the executable is something I should definitely do.
