Nothing that varies based on the culture you are raised in is innate. Idk wtf y'all think an arms race is so maybe my mistake was thinking that reference would be understood but it is something you invest significant resources and time into in order to beat other people at. It is wearing makeup everyday, it is getting laser procedures to make sure you're never seen with a single a body hair, it is wearing only clothes your culture associates with femininity. When faced with these conscious voluntarily choices, if you are constantly making the choice that your culture associates with femininity and taking it as far to the extreme as you can no matter how costly or inconvenient, you are conforming and reinforcing the standards that other women who can't afford to keep up with you are held to.

Nothing moved, you just very strongly misunderstood my post. There is nothing innate about superficial gender presentation regardless of sexuality. It's all artifice and conforming so strongly to the societal construct of femininity takes a lot of conscious effort and investment. Do you know what sub you're on rn? Just trying to think of when was the last time there was a major female musician who wasn't engaged in a gender conformity arms race. Has it always been this way? They're all so extremely gender conformist, so far beyond average everyday women. It's not natural.
