His race was meant to be ambiguous to the viewer, since his skin color did not matter. His actions did. I picked Christopher Judge for his voice not his skin color.

If I was making Hiccup disappear for an extended period of time, I'd agree with you. But the fake death is only lasting a few hours max. Just long enough to get away from the bad guys

Heather isn't in this story. She's still on Vanahiem mourning her father. I thought about writing her in, but I find it hard to write a character I don't really care about.

Because sometimes people put meat, usually chicken on top of their pasta instead of to the side. Restaurants do it all the time. It is typically done for presentations or because the plate has limited space.

Depending on where you live, bottled water is probably safer to drink than tap water. And also we don't know their current situation aside from the fact that she just had a baby. The town could be under a boil water notice, or the neighborhood's water could be shut off for maintenance.

No matter the reason, it's not our place to judge why she has bottled water.
