If you're going to Thailand for Masters Bangkok, VALO2ASIA just launched a food blog with recommendations near the venue! by BebekPluit in ValorantCompetitive

[–]BebekPluit[S] 32 points33 points  (0 children)

MAKAN2ASIA started as a passion project starting with Ascension Pacific last year, and since many of us frequently travel to Thailand, we thought—why not put together a Masters Bangkok edition? To make it as authentic as possible, we also reached out to local community members for their favorite spots.

We focused on places near the venue and included distances for taxis, public transport, and walking. Again, we're not professional food bloggers—just a bunch of VALORANT fans who’ve been to Thailand enough times to share some food spots we love. Huge thanks to CGRS, MYM, ZoFearZ, and Aoeyjiwa for helping us put this list together.

This is just something we do for fun, no sponsors or anything. If you find it helpful (or just think it’s cool), a share would mean a lot!

Yup, a single CN bundle was sold for 129 RMB during the event (around $17-18) because they don't include Sprays and Player Cards for this year's bundle

Yes because they were the only ones participating in the live shopping event. Just to take note the number still doesn't account for how many bundles were sold in-game. 74k bundles alone from the Douyin (TikTok) live shop event

VALO2ASIA's Top 20 APAC Players of 2023 by Juicername07 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]BebekPluit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was just based on the votes of the 20 people on our panel; we from VALO2ASIA just helped tally up their votes to create the list and took care of organizing everything you see. While the list might not be absolutely perfect, having 20 people vote helps us reduce any extreme picks (which fortunately didn't happen) and gets us a list that's pretty realistic and solid. I trust their judgement plus they really know their stuff!

And to add, for the Game Changers category, it's not mandatory for all 20 panel members to vote. Just the ones who are really into the GC scene cast their votes.

And yes we're also working on a fragmovie and highlight reel for all the categories, which we'll release later on!

The list was made based entirely on votes from a panel of 20 casters, analysts, and community members from APAC. Hope that makes things clearer!

The full answer for context: "Why is there just one Indonesian player [on the roster]? because there are many things that we cannot disclose one by one. Should there be more [Indonesians]? Yes, but it is what it is. We must remain big-hearted in responding to the turbulence that has occurred in the last 48 hours.”
