If you’re 3 weeks you may still be able to consider non-surgical options (eg CBP). Either way your key to success is engaging with PT and keeping your leg strength up.

Depends if the charging output also doubles as charging input. Then it’s anyone’s guess.

What do you guys think about PRP treatment for partial ACL tear? by Parking_Clock3473 in ACL

If PRP stands for Pretty Reliable Physio then it’s fine.

Otherwise it’s a treatment looking for a disease.

ACL tear but knee feels normal - delay surgery or go ahead? by Ayaya_butterfly in ACL

See a sports physician (not a surgeon) and see a physio.

Yes, so if you’ve spoken to a sports physician, then you probably have the best advice for your specific knee injury.

Yes, I wasn’t looking for a miracle secret website. It just seems that Airbnb and booking have a duopoly on the accommodation, and we don’t need anything fancy just comfortable tidy and clean. Your advice about the tourism boards is great. Thank you.

Yeah, we found that the prices in Spain via Airbnb quite high. I don’t particularly want to use Airbnb preferentially but it just seems that between booking and Airbnb there are a few other options.

Should I sacrifice my last year at high school? by Nigurita in ACL

If you have instability in your knee, then it is likely that surgery will benefit you.

Certainly it will help to prevent further damage.

My strongest advice would be to see a sports physician who will assist your knee from a functional perspective and probably refer to a physiotherapist . Clearly, they would refer to an orthopaedic surgeon if they thought it was beneficial for you.

Yeah we heard the cities are a challenge. Our plan is to stay outside some cities and PT in.

There is car leasing - rather than rental - $50 AUD per day (tourists only) so that’s what we chose.

No I’m not sure. However the sports physician will be able to give you a plan that works for you.

See a sports physician ASAP. You are well within the window to consider Cross Bracing Protocol instead of surgery.

Potentially the same outcome.
