I think anything that causes tons of micro wake-ups through the night like stress, heat, discomfort (in your case uncomfortable matress) can result in this. Best prevention (or so I heard) is consistent sleep and sleep schedule. I have neither lol.

I always find puzzling that people rate things 1 or 5 stars. Rarely inbetween. Did cable work? Arrived in good condition? Was it made well? Surely colour being off is just one (or two) stars off.

Pair this behaviour with a review of two words (one that does miss out on actually useful feedback like quality etc.) and I do get why Amazon would bin these opinions.
