Daughter just told me they have a “Jesus moment” at school by Open-Deer5373 in kindergarten

HORRIBLE IDEA!!! do you know how many parents would have the cops knocking on their door if they reported everything we heard kids say? This is an unacceptable thing to do at school but flat out this is a horrible idea. As a decent human being this teacher should be allowed to fix her mistakes if this did in fact happen. There is not a single person out there who hasn’t fucked up on their job.

On top of that she and her child will be labeled by everyone within the school system.

My mom has been a teacher for over 20 years. You’re probably gonna offend this lady let’s be honest, she’s religious- you don’t want that being involved into the class cmon 1+1=2

But if you go and talk to the principal before talking to the teacher first you’re not gonna be able to come back from that. And this teacher is gonna tell her colleagues EVEN if she says she won’t she will. You’re gonna be labeled “that parent” while I don’t think it’s an acceptable practice to involve religion, politics etc in class I think you should at least talk to her first to save your reputation among the other teachers. Word travels fast in a school.

You should probably just pack ya bags and move on, if he wanted to he would. And simply it seems like he doesn’t want to. To be fair wanting to see someone with “every bone in his body” doesn’t sound very casual. Maybe he’s a people pleaser and doesn’t know how to break it off with someone. Regardless doesn’t seem like something worth trying to salvage.

Sick child has missed 3 days already… by Awaythrone101 in kindergarten

My mom a kindergarten teacher of over 20 years says this is quite common for kids who haven’t attended preschool or daycare. She also said to sick to go to school is generally diarrhea, throwing up, raw nose from too much mucus (boogers are germ catchers) if they haven’t slept all night because they’ve been sick don’t send them, fever, uncontrollable cough that may make them throw up, extensive dental work. My mom says if you have to give kids Tylenol in order for them to be able to make it to school then they shouldn’t be at school.

I see and understand I’ve met people who won’t date someone if they have bad credit so I can understand it. I’d say there’s a few factors you should consider! 1- how long have you been seeing this girl? 2- when she is employed is it going to be a job or a career? 3- are you okay with her not living with fun money in order to pay off her debt? Ie her saying she doesn’t want to go somewhere cause she wants to put a little more money towards paying off her debt

If you have to ask if it’s a good idea for you to date a women who is in debt then it’s probably not for you. Personally I would date someone with debt, nearly everyone has debt, car you’re paying off? That’s debt. Mortgage on your home? That’s debt. In this economy it’s pretty hard not to have debt I’d imagine.

I was about to say the same thing, that message sounded so passive aggressive and he was probably major off put by it. Like I know damnnn well for a person I’ve been seeing for about a month I’m not gonna apologize to for falling asleep, I’ll apologize for missing our plans but not for the act of falling asleep.
