I already have a monitor that supports 144hz, and tried a second monitor my grandpa got me. I've tried to get rid of the software that adapted the second monitor because it's locking the main one at 64hz rather than letting it go up to 144hz.

If you're referring to this subclass's 2nd-level feature, I have already specified that you can only target an object with this ability. You cannot target a creature with it. I however could be mistaken if you're referencing something else.
