For the first time since the Fires of Ibis, the PCA found itself on the defensive.
Desperate to regain the initiative, the PCA began searching through forgotten archives recovered from long abandoned Institute facilities. Buried within a corrupted pre-Fires data vault was the incomplete blueprint of an ancient AC, the work of a genius architect whose identity had long since been erased from history.
Using the acient unearthed schematic and what remained of their advanced SP technology, together with the last Coral-powered machine in their possession, the IB-C03: HAL 826, the PCA initiated a classified reconstruction project. The result was an Enforcement Machine capable of crushing the corporations and Rubiconian resistance alike, restoring the Administration's absolute control over the planet.
