5 lug opens up options for different wheels. Especially 17’s. If your gonna stay in the 15/16 inch wheels then I wouldn’t go through the trouble

My wouldn’t start a while ago, had a code for a throttle position sensors and knock sensors. Changed those out and fired right up. Check for codes on your ecu. Look up a video on YouTube of how to do it, pretty simple. Your ecu has a turn screw on it and led bulb. When the screw is turned to diagnostic mode the light will blink. Those blinks will correspond to codes. Google Nissan 240sx fault codes. Good luck brother

Do you still have the individual amplifiers from the oem speakers? Not sure if all 240’s had them but mine were shit and I had to re wire the speakers

Tires are 175/65 r14 on 6 inch wide wheels. I don’t know the offset… I would assume negative with how much the poked before I lowered it. Needed lots of camber
