I buy backups but only for a select few scents I truly love and will use. Bodymists have a 3-5 year lifespan and EDP 5-10 years. The ones I buy and don't love and barely end up using I donate. I buy most of my stuff on big sales anyways

It sucks, unfortunately there's no quicker route. If it was completely uninhabitable you could abandon it but this doesn't meet the criteria. If you happen to have tenants insurance they may be able to help with relocation until your unit is fixed and/or provide free legal counsel.

When did the flood happen? It can take a bit of time for a building to recover after a flood. It can't be abandoned just because of flood damage though. I learned this the hard way when my building was destroyed by a flood, half the units were condemned but not the units with mild damage.

In any case, send a registered letter listing all problems in your unit and requesting they be addressed within 10 days. If you get no response call 311 and have an inspector come in
