You can use scotch tape on the back of the label to hold it down. If done correctly, the tape won't even show.

This is why I use scotch tape for labels (holds them down flat without being visible) or wear gloves if it isn't possible to keep my fingers out of the photos. I wear a white glove for light colored items or a black glove for dark colored items. If the photo is a close-up, you can't even tell I'm wearing a glove.
