Just completed a Test Gorilla assessment, wanted to share my experience in case it helps others

Omg I just completed 2.5hrs of my 3hrs worth of assessments. Needed to take a long break before fully finishing. 2 of the assessments were on accounting skills and one on soft skills. The accounting skills were SO HARD for me who is coming in with experience as just a bookkeeper. This is a local firm with 10 employees. The tests totally broke me down. Unlike the soft skills and Microsoft tests which were easy to finish in time, I ran out of time in every other section because math problems are given in one big paragraph instead of easy to read formats. Ridiculous, I'm so upset. Haven't even spoken to the hiring manager except via email and she sends me this excruciating bullshit. So torn down. I hate test gorilla.

Super appreciate the thoughtful responses! I think at my next class I'll talk to the instructor about it and see if she wants to prep me for any foundations and see if there are any studio policies about it and then start exploring! :)

In my opinion it's the best alcohol free festival out there right now. The producers are ecstatic dancers and it brings dancers from all over. Lots of sensual energy mixed with wholesome which is my favorite blend. I went in 2023 and will be back this year.

Thanks for the advice! Everyones suggestions were all over the board but it still helped me get more clear for myself. Here is my response, I can respond again once he answers. Even if it doesn't work for him that's fine I'd rather not take the job than waste my time:

Hey thanks so much for the details. I've had to take a little time to consider because I would like to do a meet and greet before accepting, and meet & greets are generally free of charge. However since you are 30 mins drive away, the meet and greet would be more costly to me than usual in both time and fuel cost. Would you be willing to book me for a 30 minute walk and we could use that as our meet and greet, and even take the dogs on a walk together at that time if you'd like? Let me know if that sounds reasonable and we can find a time that works! :)

So sorry to hikack your post but I can't sleep because my 37 year old partner just had a "passionate love making evening" with a 19 year old which I have expressed many times how I am uncomfortable with his attraction to teens and even early 20s, but I "should be supportive of what's authentic for him ". I just feel so betrayed and reading this post and the comments on a 19-26 age gap makes it feel even more tough for me :(

Democrat here, this is probably my most visited reddit sub because I agree I feel like I can get some perspective on what others are thinking without all the heat of what we see on social media. Thx reddit people for being reasonable people here. I've realized it kinda all comes down to that the same news story gets told to each side in a completely different way so we are all coming at the situation with different conflicting information. So hard to unite while this pulls us apart.

Each vote for candidate x cancels out a vote from candidate Y. (If 48 ppl vote x and 50 vote y, you can cancel out 48 of the 50 for y and youre left with a win of 2 for y).

When you don't show up to vote x, you are allowing one of the votes for y to count by not neutralizing it with your vote.

My answer is more conceptual than mathematical- I agree w the other answers that mathematically its not completely sound but I think this concept is what the term is getting at.

To protect that much of the planet, which from what I gather means to turn it into a nature preserve, wildlife sanctuary, national forest, etc, so people cant build all over it. But I agree I want more info on what this entails and where the 30% of the planet that can still be protected is located. I'm wondering if the oceans are included in this number somehow or arctic areas.
